Here’s a simple guide to how the ordering process works, from finding your school’s uniform to collection or delivery. If you need help at any stage, we’re always here to support you.
1. Find Your School’s Uniform
Start by selecting your school from our list. Each school has its own page, showing only the approved uniform items — so you can be confident you're getting the right kit.
2. Choose Sizes and Add to Basket
Browse the uniform items and choose the correct sizes based on your school’s policy. If you're unsure, you’re welcome to visit our Crewe shop to check sizes or try items on.
3. Checkout Securely
Review your order and complete payment through our secure online checkout.
4. Embroidery and Preparation
If your items include a school logo, we’ll professionally embroider them before they’re ready for collection or delivery. Some items may need preparation time even if logo-free.
Please note: Availability depends on supplier stock levels. We do our best to keep all core items in stock.
5. Collection or Delivery
Choose to have your order delivered to your address or collect it from our Crewe shop — whichever suits you best.
Most orders are ready for collection within 5–7 working days.
